Lev\u00e9s \u00e0 8h30, car notre train partait de la gare de Chengde \u00e0 10h30. On a pris un Didi vers 9h15 pour rejoindre la gare.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomarion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/img_5f18d60e0f17.jpg\" alt=\"La gare de Chengde Sud et son panneau des d\u00e9parts\"><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomarion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/img_a0162783cdad.jpg\" alt=\"Le train sur le quai\"><\/figure>\n<p>Le trajet pour P\u00e9kin ne dure qu&rsquo;une heure. On arrive, et l\u00e0 c&rsquo;est encore une grande travers\u00e9e urbaine : on prend le m\u00e9tro, puis le train express qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 l&rsquo;a\u00e9roport de Daxing. Entre deux changements de m\u00e9tro, on s&rsquo;arr\u00eate quelques minutes pour manger un morceau, et on en profite pour go\u00fbter deux classiques de la streetfood. D&rsquo;abord une cr\u00eape garnie d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et de crudit\u00e9s, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9e \u2014 une jianbing, le petit-d\u00e9jeuner embl\u00e9matique de la r\u00e9gion. Puis un roujiamo, cette sorte de burger chinois avec sa viande hach\u00e9e dans un pain croustillant. Les deux \u00e9taient excellents.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomarion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/img_e1b879de6db8.jpg\" alt=\"Dans le m\u00e9tro de P\u00e9kin\"><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomarion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/img_ceb1425e92c4.jpg\" alt=\"La cr\u00eape garnie, en pause sur le trottoir\"><\/figure>\n<p>On arrive \u00e0 l&rsquo;a\u00e9roport de Daxing avec presque 2h30 d&rsquo;avance. C&rsquo;est un a\u00e9roport immense, \u00e9tal\u00e9 sur plusieurs \u00e9tages, il a fallu se donner un peu de temps pour trouver notre chemin. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9, elle, est particuli\u00e8rement m\u00e9ticuleuse ici. On attend ensuite une bonne heure avant d&#8217;embarquer.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomarion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/img_8f69008d2189.jpg\" alt=\"L'avion sur le tarmac, au fond\"><\/figure>\n<p>Et c&rsquo;est parti pour trois heures de vol jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Chongqing. Petite surprise : on nous sert un repas en pleine apr\u00e8s-midi. On \u00e9tait un peu surpris, mais on accueille \u00e7a volontiers !<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomarion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/img_f9ffc7212c65.jpg\" alt=\"Le repas \u00e0 bord, \u00e0 deux dans l'avion\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u00c0 notre arriv\u00e9e, on r\u00e9cup\u00e8re nos sacs et on s&rsquo;appr\u00eate \u00e0 rejoindre l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel. Premier accroc : impossible de payer nos tickets \u00e0 l&rsquo;automate, nos cartes Alipay et WeChat sont incompatibles ici. On se rabat donc sur un Didi. Et quel trajet ! C&rsquo;est impressionnant : une immense ville pleine d&rsquo;immeubles immenses, il fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 nuit et les illuminations sont magnifiques. On en a plein les yeux. \u00c7a promet un super s\u00e9jour.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomarion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/img_5c9a0c24970f.jpg\" alt=\"Les rues de Chongqing le soir\"><\/figure>\n<p>On arrive \u00e0 notre h\u00f4tel vers 20h30, dans une chambre vraiment spacieuse et confortable. On a de quoi souffler apr\u00e8s cette journ\u00e9e de transport.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomarion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/img_f27a63f9df0c.jpg\" alt=\"Notre chambre, avec la vue sur la ville\"><\/figure>\n<p>Puis on est sortis, et \u00e0 deux pas on est tomb\u00e9s sur un immense food court : Bayi Road, l&rsquo;une des rues de street food les plus r\u00e9put\u00e9es de Chongqing. Le nombre de stands est impressionnant \u2014 wontons, p\u00e2tes, brochettes, g\u00e2teaux au durian, tout y passe. On s&rsquo;est fait des wontons, ces raviolis dans une soupe, et des p\u00e2tes saut\u00e9es. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait un r\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomarion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/img_ca2144cf6629.jpg\" alt=\"Un stand
